Fran Bostick, SPHR
Fran Bostick has led a variety of leadership consulting projects and facilitated hundreds of training classes throughout the Southeast for companies including Mercedes Benz, The Southern Company and Cooks Pest Control.

As a skilled and experienced human resources coach, leader and consultant in a variety of corporate and industry settings, she has particular expertise in the areas of interview coaching, one-on-one executive coaching, and diagnosing training needs and delivering training.

Fran’s career includes an 18-year tenure with The Southern Company, co-ownership of The Bostick Group (a human resources consulting firm) and serving in executive-level HR positions with MailSouth, Atherotech Diagnostics Lab and Main Street Inc. Fran is Myers Briggs certified and is a past board member of the Birmingham chapter of ASTD and Birmingham Society of Human Resources.
